Coscia Day Architecture and Design was founded, in 1992 by design partners in charge Anthony Coscia and Johnathen Day. The award winning firm’s clients are those individuals with a discerning taste for inventiveness and creative solutions. Their design philosophy is to create new formal ideas for private houses and small commercial buildings through an ongoing exploration of form. The building’s relationship to the site it occupies is a primary concern as well. The two partners are committed to using sustainable finish materials and green building products that are environmentally friendly. At their avant-garde practice they work with multiple physical models of varying scale and exacting 3D Cad and 3D renderings to design. During construction they work hand in hand with contractors and fabricators to insure project quality. Coscia Day has designed houses and condos in Los Angeles, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Malibu.
