SFA was founded in 1997 by the Dipl.- Ing. Architekt Heinrich Schulte-Frohlinde. The agency has been working during several years as well on renovations of old buildings as on protections of historical buildings and also from 2003 it began to work on new buildings projects, becoming by this way an interdisciplinary and international agency with a team of 15 to 20 people. Young architects work on projects from the conceptual formulation to the construction in association with experimented engineers and always try to make sustainable design with the newest energy strategies
