Sasha McCune is an information designer at Conifer Research
in Chicago. Conifer is a collaborative environment of designers,
psychologists, and anthropologists who use user-centered design
and ethnographic research to bring insight to companies and inform
their creativity with scientific insights into the real lives of customers
and users. At Conifer, Sasha creates models, experience maps, and
other abstract visualizations of customers’ needs, emotions, and
pain points in order to tell meaningful user-centered stories and help
facilitate innovation within products and services. Outside of Conifer,
her passion is for woodworking, printmaking, and Scandinavian art.
