Established in 1994, the office is a multi-disciplinary professional practice providing comprehensive residential architecture, interior design and construction management services. The firm’s work includes both international and domestic projects for private clientele. Our design approach seeks to create a richness of individual spaces by integrating the qualities of light, space and material to form. We strive to enhance the given constraints and to design projects with the primary goal of detailing spaces that create intimate connections between site, local context and program. The work of OJMR Architects is built upon a solid foundation of design excellence, fiscal responsibility, and expert project management. We explore the collaborative process between budgetary analysis, design and construction delivery methods maintained with scheduling and proprietary budgeting programs. OJMR Architects has cultivated highly effective relationships with consulting engineers, construction companies and specialty vendors enabling us to provide a comprehensive design build team. We have completed large renovations, small additions, second story remodels, kitchen/bath remodels and ground up new construction.
