Shang Hang is the design director of Dadao Zhiyuan Design. He is also the international member of Apple Distinguish Educator (ADE), the managing director of Yunnan Interior Designer Association under China Interior Decoration Association, the expert committee member of Yunnan Interior Furnishing Committee under China Interior Furnishing Association. He plays a role as a teacher of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics and took part in the establishment of its Modern Design and Art Faculty. What’s more, he has set up the major of Digital Media for Yunnan University. In order to have a continuous learning, he has visited for several times to America and Malaysia. Shang is devoted to interior design. Based on a many years’ research on the traditional culture, he tries to discover the nature of the space itself and conveys his own philosophy on the expression of the space structure and quality characteristics, searching the spirit reflection of the aesthetics in space besides its meaning and function.
