Julio Barreno Gutiérrez graduated from the School of Architecture of Seville in 1996, being associate professor at School of Architecture of Seville since 2001.
Architect-professor was invited by different organizations such as Junta de Andalucía, the international University of Andalucía in Baeza, the School of Architecture of Granada, the School of Architecture of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts of Copenhagen, Texas Tech University School of Architecture, the Architect´s Association of Cadiz, the Facultade de Arquitectura da Universidade do Porto and the Department of architecture of Cambridge (U.K.), to participate in several lectures, juries in different kinds of competitions of architecture or workshops of architecture with publications in several specialized magazines as Neutra, Arquitectura Viva, Pasajes de Arquitectura Contemporánea, Culturas, and also in several catalogues of expositions. Selected architect for the Spanish Young Architects Exposition organized by the Housing Ministry that startedon October 2007.
