Arqui-K was founded by owner/chief designer Karla Aliaga in 2007, and is based in the Lo Barnechea district of Santiago, Chile. The studio specializes in the design and construction of landscape architecture projects for private and corporate clients, from small terraces and patios, to vast expanses in urbanization projects. About 2/3 of the clients are from the Santiago metropolitan area, and the rest from other regions of Chile. The design team is comprised of architects, designers, and ecologists. The focus of the work is getting to know and understand the client to generate a global view of how they live, work and relate, so as to extract the essence of their lifestyles and transfer it to warm spaces with special details which promote their family life.
