Located in the traditional Condesa area, that in the last years has become one of the cultural and gastronomic references in Mexico City, Artisanal is introduced as a new possibility that stands out in the wide variety that the zone has to offer. The challenge for ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea was to create a high impact and very cozy space, so they selected a neutral color palette with a combination of bright and dark shades that generates an extended range of textures that deluge the ambiance.
The material combination results in a peaceful atmosphere that shapes the culinary experience. In the interior design stands out the use of natural woods on the counter and tables, as well as the accents given by the mirrors s that with its reflections make the space wider. The bricks painted in white and the paste floors make an interesting texture that harmonizes with the screens of the walls that complement the graphic proposal. The space is enhanced by a 70s wood lattice that was renovated and lighted to turn it into an element with a bright presence.
The restaurant has two interior areas. The first one has a bench that runs along the wall with tables for two and on the second one there is a counter combined with tall tables. The interior space finishes in a very nice terrace where it is possible to enjoy a very nice al fresco meal.
