CTM Flagship store covers a total area of over 6,000 square feet. Clifton Leung Design Workshop’s mission is to rejuvenate the CTM brand and reinforce its leading position in Macau as an environmentally conscious, customer-centric and premium world class telecom service provider. The new store design witnesses a perfect concoction of nature’s five elements which signifies a harmonious blend of technology and nature.
The logo colors in red (Fire) and blue (Water) build the foundation of the 5 elements, while l, Wood and Earth are artfully infused as core design elements with distinct materials to define Customer Care, SME and VIP zones. The perfect concoction of the five elements symbolizes the beautiful cycle and transformation in recreating the brand new CTM identity.
For the Customer Care Zone, the design is simple and unobtrusive, creating a pleasing retail ambience for free browsing. The focal S-shape table subtly reinforces the ribbon symbol of CTM logo to enhance brand awareness; the center blue pillar highlights the hero products centerpiece, creating a prominent display with visual balance.
The wood element symbolizes leadership, patience, growth and flexibility, it best represents the essence of the SME sector. Iconic tree trunk table, leather seating, promotional panels against wood patterned backdrop in SME Zone create a unique business consultation area for the business clientele.
For the VIP Zone, Blending the wood and l, this platinum zone is dedicated to VIP customers. Meticulously crafted wood cabinet and sofa, adorned with stylish l display and eye-catching lightbox feature, the area exhibits a subtle elegance and professional image.
