The brand new design of PCCW-HKT signature store reflects the brand’s leading position as Hong Kong’s most experienced and all-round telecom service provider, with a century of experience. Inspired by the Arc De Triomphe Paris, the rejuvenated shop image is characterized by an empowering LED-lit stone arch facade. It represents the solid foundation and deep heritage of the brand. Distinct interior design clearly defines the zoning for the brand’s two business focuses – mobile and home solutions. The application of wood evokes a sense of warmth to accentuate a cozy ambience for the home solutions, while the gold l, glass, mirror and LED lighting injects a sense of modernity to symbolize the fast-moving telecom industry.
For the design of the Mobile Service Zone, mobile devices are displayed at distinctive “tree columns” that entices leisure browsing. Tree columns symbolize vitality and growth, which is characteristic of the ever-changing mobile industry. The design represents an interesting blend of nature and technology. The reflective ceiling and mirror back wall produce a visual extension of the tree branches and the tree columns, reinforcing the continuous growth of technology.
For the design of the Home Solution Zone, home solution products are displayed in a home setting. Wooden cabinets with gold trimming detail, leather sofa seating, all aim at creating a modern and cozy ambience to enhance customer’s experience. The back wall of the home setting is spiced up with the art of one point perspective line drawings, which facilitates a more focused product exploration experience within the zone. Moreover, Smart living service is demonstrated in a 1,500 sq. ft. contemporary show flat setting which offer customers a spacious setting to explore the latest smart home technology.
