Designed by Ben Herzog and Kiki Dennis Interiors, this inspiring apartment is located in Brooklyn, New York, United States.

 

Despite stunning views of Manhattan and the water, this apartment was in serious need of an update. Interior designer Kiki Dennis provided many of the material choices. The main challenge for this project was integrating central air-conditioning into a co-op apartment with no exterior space for a condenser.
